SWEDISH MASSAGE/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Holistic medicine refers to a broad range of therapeutic practices based on ancient traditions that includes Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Our Swedish Massage is gentle, using long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you. After a Swedish Massage, our clients feel relaxed and renewed. If you want more, try a Deep Tissue Massage. Our Deep Tissue Massage treatment, frees your body and mind and clears away the worries and stressors of life. Beyond Deep Tissue and Swedish therapies, We trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.

ROSSITER THERAPY
Rossiter Therapy addresses pain at its source, which is the body’s connective tissue system. Connective tissue is the stretchy, strong ligaments, tendons and broad fascial coverings that connect every part in the body to all the other parts from head to toe. When the connective tissue system is overworked, stressed, or injured, it naturally shortens and thickens, causing pain, stiffness, limited range of motion, poor sleep, heaviness and other symptoms. Unless the causes are addressed, pain will continue to come back and it will usually worsen over time. Rossiter's unique approach to pain relief requires the client's active involvement to stretch away pain by loosening and lengthening their connective tissue from head to toe. People find themselves stretching like they have never stretched before. The Rossiter System’s stretching techniques loosen entire areas of connective tissue, restore mobility and circulation. Modern-day Hot Stone Massage (also called Hot Rocks Massage) consists of the therapist placing heated stones of various shapes/sizes onto the client’s body. We place these stones onto your energy points, sore muscles, and chakras, etc.The heat from the stones is released deep into the muscles, easing your stress and pain. Most people who have a Hot Stone Massage are ‘blown away’ by the level of relaxation they achieve. Apart from the deep level of relaxation, Hot Stone Massage is also great to incorporate into Swedish or Deep Tissue massage.
